
According to Dr Rob Hicks, general practitioners and hospital doctors in his book Old Fashioned Remedies From Arsenic To Gin said, many of these home remedies really seem to have a positive effect. "If science can not prove that home remedies can work well, but if it will not harm you, the treatment was worth a shot," said Dr. Hicks.
Here are tips Dr. Hicks on home remedies are wont to do, and is considered the most effective:
1. Breath odor : Eat tomatoes two to three pieces a day to prevent bad breath or
halitosis. Beraoma breath odor is actually caused by foul-smelling sulfur compounds produced by bacteria that thrive in low oxygen environments, such as the back of the tongue. While the tomato contains a compound called ionones, which is considered to neutralize the sulfur compounds.
Yogurt: Eat a small cup of yogurt every day for the active bacteria in yogurt can inhibit odor-causing bacteria.
Carrots: Eat raw carrots if you think your breath smells. Bad breath is often caused by decaying food particles and trapped between teeth. If you chew a carrot it will stimulate saliva production, which helps remove food particles. Fibers from carrots also act like a toothbrush on the teeth and gums.
2. Bruising : Soak the bruises on cold vinegar and let stand from 10 to 20 minutes. Bruising occurs when there are bumps own blood vessels and leakage of blood under the skin that causes swelling, discoloration and pain. Vinegar is to improve the function of blood flow near the surface of the skin and helps to remove the blood clot in the area of bruising.
Onions: Mix grated onion with a little salt and place it on the bruise for 10 minutes. Quercetin-rich onion, pigment in plants that anti-inflammatory effects that can reduce the swelling around your bruises.

6. Dandruff : Massage into the scalp with coconut oil and leave overnight, and then rinse. Repeat as needed. Many cases of dandruff are caused by fungal infections and an aura of coconut oil and caprylic acid, which has anti-viral and anti-fungal.
7. Diarrhea : Grate the unpeeled apple on a plate and leave for 15-20 minutes until it turns brown, then eat. Pectin in apples may reduce inflammation.
